Tracy Stallard is has worked as a facilitator, curriculum designer, speaker, and coach, writing and delivering workshops for clients across industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She has trained thousands -- from front-line employees to senior executives, in her 25 years of experience delivering sales effectiveness, leadership, and customer experience content to virtual and classroom environments.

Tracy believes in extensive preparation, and in the power of learning. Facilitating with humor, energy, flexibility, and inclusivity, Tracy has a strong ability to connect to the client and their business issues helping to achieve positive outcomes.

Prior to becoming a training consultant, Tracy had a successful career in broadcasting as a news writer, producer, sales representative, and media sales manager. Her background as a top performing seller and sales leader brings credibility, relatability, and an understanding of real-world challenges.

Tracy has a BA in both Organizational Communications and Radio and Television Broadcasting and graduate courses in Human Resource Management.

She also has Master Trainer Certification in Professional Selling Skills, Professional Sales Coaching, Professional Sales Negotiations, Strategic Selling w/Perspective, Conceptual Selling w/Perspective, SPIN Selling Conversations, to name a few.
