Simon Cartwright

Simon has been an Independent Facilitator and coach for 22 years, with 15 years being senior level management experience.

His high energy and enthusiastic delivery style are in great demand and he’s been successful at delivering collaborative and practical interventions among cross-cultural audiences.

Simon has consulted with a wide range of global and fortune 500 companies in both private sector and public agencies in the areas of insurance, re-insurance, oil and exploration, pharmaceutical, investment banking, guest services, technology, retail, manufacturing and professional services and has travelled to head offices all over the world.

Simon is an associate trainer with the Korn Ferry, Hemsley Fraser and Human Synergistics as well as being a member of the British Psychological Society and is a licensed practitioner in various psychometric tools such as FIRO-B, OPQ, 16PF and MBTI as well as being a qualified lecturer in Emotional Intelligence. He earned his MCIPD from Warwick University and is a certified executive coach.
