Mamta’s ability to design and facilitate behavioural development workshops and Expatriate programs have been sponsored by many large global organisations.

Over the last 4 years, Mamta has created and lead “Unlocking Self-limiting Beliefs” workshops for female leaders at Lloyds of London and Insurance markets internationally and is a D&I advocate and speaker for several global Diversity events and initiatives for the insurance market, including creating and facilitating a mindfulness development workshop for the Logicor Women’s forum.

Additionally, Mamta is an expert in creating and delivering learning initiatives on Authentic Leadership, Emotional and Spiritual Resilience, Influencing and Impact, Mindfulness, Conflict Resolution and conscious inclusion.

Mamta has been featured multiple times on Sky News, The Victoria Derbyshire Show, BBC radio - Asian Network, BBC London and Radio 4, The Round Table, Talk Sport Radio, The Stylist Magazine, The Guardian, Glamour Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Studio One daily lifestyle show, Dubai Eye radio, Gulf News, Condé Nast, and Vogue Arabia.

With two TedX talks behind her belt, her most recent one titled “Invisible No More, 5 steps to being your best self”, Mamta focuses on finding your grounding and connection despite your differences. She was also featured as an expert contributor on the subject of Mindset in the book How to Be Brilliant in Public Speaking by Sarah Lloyd-Hughes. She was invited to speak at Google UK on How To Lead Your Business With Social Tools and spoke at The Hague by invitation from the Foundation of Indian Diaspora in Europe on the subject of Leveraging The Potential Of Indian Youth.

Mamta has a Bsc Human Psychology and Msc Occupational Psychology 2003 (British Psychological Society Accreditation), speaks 5 languages and lives with her husband and three girls in both London and Dubai.
