Lalezar brings 20+ years of experience in the fields of HR Consulting and Learning & Development in creating solutions that help organizations uplift their people.

Lalezar has extensive experience in the field of leadership development; designing and delivering programs for culturally diverse audiences from across the globe.

She believes in the incredible power of showing up more intentionally. As a facilitator she provides a safe space for leaders to become more aware and intentional about how they want to show up as a leader and provides practical approaches to achieve the small changes that will make a world of difference in their own lives and in the lives and potential of those they lead.

Lalezar has worked in consulting firms such as PwC, Accenture and DDI and today runs her own consulting business, Connect Learning & Development. She received the 2021 Learning in Practice Gold Award in the category of Excellence in Content (conducted by the Chief Learning Officer platform) for a global leadership development program she created for a major pharmaceutical company.

Throughout her career she has supported a multitude of Fortune 500 companies and has had extensive experience with clients in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, financial, and technology industries.
