Eliza is an experienced director, mentor, change maker & people-focused management consultant specializing in facilitation & corporate training.

With a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Manpower Studies from Birkbeck College, University of London, and a background in the management consulting industry, Eliza is the founder and deputy chair of Terrific Mentors International in Singapore, a company specialising in designing and facilitating change management, including institutionalising mentoring partnerships within organisations.
