Deepa is a highly educated and experienced Corporate Training Consultant & Behavioral Coach, training & coaching over 20,000 employees of all levels and industries in India, Oman, UAE, Singapore & Australia.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Post Graduate in Business Management and a Diploma in Training and Development, Deepa also conducts sessions, assessments and is a guest lecturer for several Management & Engineering colleges and Educational institute.

She holds certifications from Dale Carnegie as a trainer, is a Neuro-Linguistic (NLP) Practitioner, and a Leadership and Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she has certification in the Transactional Analysis (TA) Foundation Course from the Institute of Counselling and Transactional Analysis (ICTA) and is certified in TRACOMM Social Styles. She is also a Wellness and Life Coach.
